Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

1. Order Cancellation

  • Eligibility: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet entered the shipping/processing stage.
  • Process: Contact our Customer Support team immediately via email, phone, or your account portal. Include your order number and details.
  • Non-Cancelable Orders: Orders marked as “Shipped” or “Processing” cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return upon delivery (see Refund Eligibility).

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Conditions:
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags/manuals.
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number) is required.
    • Refunds are not available for:
      • Digital products (e.g., software, eBooks).
      • Perishable or personalized/custom-made items.
      • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).
  • Fees:
    • 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns (exclusions apply, e.g., defective items).
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via email (mks@htbazaar.com) or your account portal within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable (e.g., damaged items).
  3. Approval & Instructions: We’ll review your request within 3 business days and email return instructions if approved.

4. Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Method: Funds are returned to your original payment method. Bank/card processing times may vary.

5. Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:

  • Digital downloads or subscriptions.
  • Personalized/custom products (e.g., engraved items).
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale items.

6. Exceptions

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
  • Wrong Items Shipped: We’ll refund shipping costs and send the correct item immediately.
